Vivarium and aquarium tanks are designed to keep moisture in. Think of it like an environmental incubator. By including a heat lamp above or under-tank heat pad, you can raise your pet’s living temperatures to a range that closer imitates their natural African environments. Closed glass cages also minimize the amount of moisture that escapes into the rest of your home, letting you and your reptile live side-by-side without ever getting on each other’s nerves.
